Please be advised that the Charter Township of Royal Oak Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during a scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission on April 12, 2017 at 7:00 pm in Room 206 at the Charter Township of Royal Oak Administrative Offices at 21131 Garden Lane, Ferndale, Michigan, 48220.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider an amendment to the Township Zoning Ordinance, Section 32-635, to permit fences up to six (6) feet in height behind a principal structure and to streamline the Ordinance for clarity and readability.
