Please be advised that the Charter Township of Royal Oak Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held in Room 210 at the Charter Township of Royal Oak Administrative Offices at 21131 Garden Lane, Ferndale, Michigan, 48220.
The purpose of this hearing is to consider a special land use review of the proposed medical marijuana grow facility at 8917 Northend. The proposed facility would use part of an existing industrial building on the site for its operations.
